Are there wifi enabled switcehs, that I can use to control my smart plugss, not unlike the Kasa Smart Switches, but that don't need to be mounted over an electrical box and connected to the electrical lines? Obviously the switches need power of some sort, but just like my old school remote controlled outdoor plugs, can use batteries?

So, when installed looks very similar to regular wall switch, or Kasa Smart Switch but contains a battery and radio of some sort, and when you flip the switch it sends a "switch state"  message via the wifi radio to my router to outdoor smart plug. And you pull it off the wall, and there is no connection to the electrical system.
