I am having a problem with a couple of bulbs and a KS230 3-pole light switch. They keep going offline and then back online. While this is going on, the lights go out for a second or two, then back on. Both devices are with 20 to 25 feet of the router with direct line of sight, so I doubt it's a weak signal, though I have no way of testing this. I use a GL.Inet router with the latest firmware. I restarted the router and set these devices to reserved IP addresses.

I have few other bulbs and single pole switches at the same or more distance that don't do this. Is there anything I can do to diagnose and fix this?
