It appears from other threads/youtube I have everything wired correctly, but my KS210 is not functioning manually when I press the switch. The "dumb" switch on the other side of the 3 way operates the lights manually, and the app works also, but the smart switch does not when you press the switch (the big one).

I've tried resetting the switch using the lower left button, and swapping locations with the dumb switch. Neither worked.

Interestingly, if I hold the lower right button, it operates the lights but only as long as I'm holding that little button.

Any ideas?

I've included photos of my wiring. Green goes to ground, white to neutral, my travelers are black/red, line is black. I confirmed with voltage sniffer which one is line before hooking up.
