I bought this plug off Amazon to replace an earlier model, which also stopped working with Google Home, always displayed as offline.

In my initial set up, I used the QR Code and set this up in Google Home as a matter device.  The sync initially worked but three hours later it displayed in Google Home as offline.  I reset the plug and synced it again but it never was active, always displaying as offline.  I removed the device from Google Home, uninstalled Google Home and still nothing.    

I then tried to set it up in the Kasa app but there is no wifi network to connect to.  I tried three different devices with the Kasa app and could not connect to the plug.  

I'd appreciate any help that can be provided.
