Just installed a Kasa IP65 outdoor wireless camera that is powered with a USB cord that plugs into an adapter.  How about changing the cord to a USB-C plug to power as this will allow to drill a smaller diameter hole if being power to an inside garage outlet.  I had to dril a 5/8" hole to get the USB end through but if a USB-C was used the hole could be as small as 1/3".
