could some one help me with the below query:

 tapo smart switch (model: TP-Link‘s 1st Matter Smart Light Switch Single Pole Tapo S505) can be integrated with thread border router? i was checking whether this switch will work without wifi , and when i integrate to Home assistant through thread border router .
