HS200 won't reset
I've tried several times to factory reset my switch. If I hold it for about 20 seconds it goes slow orange. Then it immediately starts blinking orange/ green.

A switch blinking Orange and Green indicates that it is in configuration mode and it is ready to be set up.

@Carl while I can configure the switch it won't let me factory reset it so that I can remote control the device. I just tried it again and now it won't let me even add the device.

What I am saying is if the switch's status light is blinking Orange and Green, its in configuration mode, That means its at factory settings and the same status that you would be in if you were to intially install and power on the device.
Factory resetting is not how you restore remote control function. Remote control should automatically enable once, the product has been configured and connected to the home's network. As long as the device is not being block and has internet access Remote Control should automatically enable. If it doesn't you should see a toggle option in the switch's settings for remote control.
Also lets make sure it is wired correctly. Can you share an image of how you have the product wired?
