I was very surprised to find that this smark action is missing. I can do smart action for disabling/enabling motion tracking, but cannot just enable/disable motion alerts. 
same would go for person detection. 
should be a very quick fix to add to software. 
 

my personal usecase - i am tired of camera detecting moving shade in the day.
