I ordered 3 Tapo C402 Solar Powered Outdoor Cameras. Overall am happy with the quality for the price. BUT....One of the three solar panels will not charge the cameras. I verified this by switching solar panels. I contacted Tapo for a replacement but it's just been back and forth emails asking for pictures, and the latest email telling me the camera is charging even though I know this to be untrue. So I'm wondering has anyone ever had the alleged one year warranty honored?
