Tapo App is unable to connect to tapo devices because local network setting is missing from tapo app iPhone settings. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone. the iPhone has the latest version of the iOS and i am using the latest version of the Tapo app. How do i fix this issue?

I figured out the issue, i had a VPN enabled on the device at the time of setup. When i disabled the VPN, then reinstalled the Tapo app, Tapo requested local network access. This obscure detail about VPN incompatibility with Tapo app setup should be added to the instructions.
