We had a power outage and ever since I my cameras are no longer able to see live view and it's not recording. Previous recording still show and light is green. If I press the doorbell button and it does chime. What else can I look at?
You may try to factory reset the doorbell and the chime, and configure them from scratch. *Before proceeding, please back up any important videos.
