I was trying to get PTZ to work with my Tapo C530WS and found it to be stunningly easy after reading this thread

All I did was entr to the PTZ Controls Tab and changed the Network IP to ONVIF OXML, checked the Use another IP box, then entered port 2020

Thats it.

PTZ immediately started working.  I have no idea why or how, just that it worked.
