Schedule not working
I just bought these smartplugs I went through all the set up steps. I connected a couple lamps to the two smart plugs I set up. I set a schedule for the lamps. They should be off, but they are on.
I reset the schedule, and I also rebooted my router. No change.
While I was doing the set up for the smart plugs, I received a prompt to update the firmware. When I tried, the firmware update failed. I received a message that I could go back into the app and update the firmware.
When I go into the app, and go to the firmware section, I receive a message that firmware of all connected devices is up to date.
My hardware version is 1.0. I don't know what the V in the drop-down menu for hardware drop-down box signifies.
any suggestions?
