2 HS 105 Switches stuck in local only

ISP : comcast
I have 2 HS 105 switches and suddenly after more than a month of use they show only "local only" control, when I try to toggle off/on the "remote control" setting in the KASA app. I get an error "account is not binded to the device or failed: internal server error" I have already reset one switch to factory and re added it to the app, and no change. I have un-installed and reinstalled the KASA app, nothing seems to work I can't control the switch if I'm not at home also I cannot control it with my Amazon Echo. Both were working fine until earlier today. Any help would be appreciated.
