Not able to connect HS 100 plugs with Alexa

My HS100 plugs failed to work tonight after several months of working perfectly. Alexa could not recognize the devices. I reinstalled all using the Kasa app and can control them manually. When trying to add the skill back to Alexa, the link to tp-link for permission goes directly to a 500 error. Several times did get the the tp-link authorization page re the skill, but immediately then went back to the 500 connections error! Did Kasa, etc. get hacked? Why the bad connection? I see others are having similar problems. The company should be fully transparent if there are issues!!!! :mad:
