"Local Only" with Kasa Android update 1.7.3.625

Another example of great TP-LINK Technical Support!
Their senior engineers built an Android beta app Kasa v1.7.3.626 which solved the problem.
All my Smart Bulbs and Plugs are now working remotely.
My contact was: cassie shao

Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : Updated all bulbs and plugs to the latest firmware.
ISP : Spectrum, TWC
Everything was working great before the Kasa Android update to 1.7.3.625,
I use a TP-LINK C5400 router and nothing was changed on my end.
How do we get this working again? Please HELP.
SMART BULBS
are not marked "Local Only"
but they are "Local Only". Remote Control does not work.

If the new app can't solve your problem, please reply this email, I will ask senior engineer to test this problem.

With the previous version, from Kasa everything was OK. However from my Ipad with IOS9 it works fine. I have not changed anything I think the problem with version 1.7.3.625 is TP link
