i have a switch that was connected and lost connection and i cant get it back.

i have reset it.
i have moved the router feet from switch.
i use android and iphone to connect.
the plug is pulled out of the wall clear signal.
i have hooked up 6 of these and they all work.
i replaced it with a new one the tp link sent me as a replacement
when i try to manually connect, the router connects to switch,but seconds later, it shows not in range.
any help is appreciated.
i even triedmy trick i filmed on youtube, buy no luck.
