I have a Huawei HG633 Router connected to a TPLink SG1024D 24 port ethernet switch.

None of the ethernet ports connected to the switch by Cat 5E are working, although the physical connections have been tested and are good.

Any ideas? Is there a router setting that needs changing?

Hi There,

May I know how do you connect the switch to the router.

Do you mean when you connect a device to the switch by a cat5e cable, it's not working? You can not get intenret?

If the lights on the port will be on or not?
