Model: TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20181108 Rel. 56911(8583)

I can't seem to connect to my host router while MAC Filtering is ON. I i've already followed the user guide wherein it says to disable MAC filtering first the continue with the setup.

After i finished setting my RE, i re-enabled the MAC filtering in my Host Router. After that, my RE cannot connect to my Host Router, but if i disabled again the MAC Filtering, it can connect.

What sould i do?

Hi,

With Mac filtering function disabled on the main router, connect the range extender to the main router, and then find the Mac address of the extender on the web UI except the one which printed on the label.

Then you can refer to the instruction below to give it a go.

Any updates, please let us know.

Have a nice day.
