  @Dannyz. Thanks for the screenshot. Yours doesn't have Bonjour Service like in my screenshot? I'm still unable to get this working.

Do I need Broadcast Ping or anything else like that enabled?

When I try to select "Gateway" it gives "Up to 0 mDNS rule can be created for the gateway." What did I wrong?

ER605 v2.1.2 here. I set up an AP mDNS rule for Scanners and Printers Bonjour services from several client VLANs the service VLAN with the printer. Intent is for it to accept AirPrint activity. It does not work. AirPrint works fine when clients are on the same service VLAN. But clients on other VLANs cannot see the printer. Is AP the correct Device Type for this sort of mDNS rule? Are the default Scanners and Printers Bonjour Services insufficient for this?

I'm having issues with the option for the gateway being grayed out.

My config:
OC200 V2 FW:2.9.3

ER8411 v1.0 FW:1.0.3

TL-SG2428P v4.0 FW: 4.0.6

TL-SG3210XHP-M2 v2.0 FW:2.0.6

EAP245(Canada) v3.0[Custom... FW:5.0.5

EAP245(Canada) v3.0[Custom... FW:5.0.5

EAP610(US) v1.0[Custom] FW:1.0.4

I have updated all the firmware's to the latest ones possible in Canada, I only have the option for AP mode and not Gateway mode. It tells me "Up to 0 mDNS rule can be created for the gateway." when I hover over the gateway option.

I got something working in my end;

I tried to get VLAN1 and VLAN2 to talk from -1 to -2.

I went to Settings -> Services - mDNS, created a new rule with the following settings:

Status: enabled

DeviceType: Gateway

Bonjour Service: All (more on this later)

Service.Network: <nameOfVLAN2>

Client.Network: <nameOfVLAN1>

This allone allow me to ping my Sonos devices on VLAN2 from VLAN1 - great success.

Note: If you add an ACL-rule under Switch ACL, don't deny traffic on ICMP. If you do so, you can't get responses on ping.

But I can't see them inside Spotify.

I believe I have to manually add new Bonjour Services to Omada to get these working, but it's not working so far;

Settings -> Progiles -> Bonjour Service

Create a new service with the following settings:

ServiceName: Sonos

ServiceID: _sonos._tcp.local

ServiceName: Spotify

ServiceID: _spotify-connect._tcp.local

Anyone got suggestion to how these are found?
