How to enable Test Mode in CPE710(UN) ver1.0

Hi, Recently bought this CPE. However, I can't see all available 5Ghz networks in my area. It can't even find my own homes 5ghz network. It can only find channels above 5700+. I read somewhere that I could select test mode as region to have all channels be available to me. But I cant find it anywhere, not even when I reset the Modem. I upgraded the firmware to the latest one earlier only to downgrade it later on as is was a US version. So I stick with the UN firmware version as I didnt know this is where the test mode is available only. But no matter how much I factory reset it, it won't show me the option to select Test Mode in the region. Theres no region option in the settings, what do I do to enable test mode?, or at least allow me to view all 5ghz networks in my area really?.
PS: I Tried downgrading to the original firmware I had when I bought it which is
2.2.0 Build 20200304 Rel. 70345 , but still, there is no option to enter test mode or any option to change the region. I could only basically connect to 5ghz networks that has a frequency above 5700mhz FYI. Turns out another person had the same exact issue as I had at this thread. Can anyone help me have the option to select country/region back?
