Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 210118 Rel 1019n

Hi guys,

I just saw that there is an updated ISP file for my M7450. Since here in Germany the o2 network is still incorrectly shown as E-Plus, which was bought out by o2 years ago, I wanted to try to update the ISP file to fix this.

So I downloaded it from the M7450 support site, unzipped the zip file and tried to upload it to the web interface, but I always get the message "Update failed. The update file may be damaged."
I downloaded it three times and tried everything possible.


Can you please help me?

the new ISP profile-21082501 has been released already and please check whether you are able to install the latest firmware.

Hi, sorry to reply you late. Can I have a picture of the error message when failed to update the ISP files?

If possible, could you please send the web UI system log to support.forum@tp-link.com?

Everything is fine ;)

I just tried to activate the debug log on the device, but it tells me:

" The SD card mode is not correct, please refer to the help for more information. "

I had to change the access mode for memory sharing to "via WLAN", unfortunately the log doesn't say anything about the ISP update :(


Anyway, here is the screenshot :)

  @TP-Link I just saw that the ISP file has been removed from the support page of the unit. Any updates on this issue? :)

Update went fine, thx!

But still there is E-Plus instead of o2 in Germany.. :( (The o2Internet is manually from me).

 

And still the device shows E-Plus as connected network instead of o2.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

So you are using O2 SIM card, but the default profile selected automatically is E-Plus instead of O2Internet, right? May I know if internet works fine when using both E-Plus and O2Internet profile? I would like to confirm if your SIM card can be plug and play except for the name displayed.
