How to setup Deco x60 without an Android or IOS device

Is it possible to setup Deco x60 without an Android or ios device, or have i just purcased a couple of expensive paperweights ?

I am trying to connect to a PPPoE network, but using a browser on windows10 just leads to a page with links for the Android and ios apps download.

I have access to windows and unix systems, but no Android or IOS systems.

Buttom of deco says: Deco X60(eu) ver:2.0.

Hi, Currently, Deco is only allowed to be set up via Deco APP.
