Restarted few times but still same.
Hello, thank you for the feedback. Here are some tips that might help with this issue.
1. Check you have enabled the Motion Tracking feature
2. Double-confirm if the Alarm is enabled.
3. If you are using the home mode and away mode, check if you have switch to the mode that with alarm feature enabled.
