Usamos la cámara cuando nos vamos de viaje. Llevamos 5 días y hasta esta mañana funcionaba la señal en la aplicación. Por la tarde ya no funciona. Enviamos a un familiar a casa y la cámara da la alarma al entrar en casa pero no avisa a ningúno de los dos smartphone que usamos. Solución??????
Hello, thank you for posting about the issue of your Tapo camera. Here are some tips for this issue:
1. Check if you received the in-APP detection notification
2. Check if the movement was recorded
3. Disable and re-enabled the Notification
4. Force close the APP and re-open it
