Hi,

I am trying to stream C500 but just cant get it to connect. I have done this before with other cheaper webcams no problem.

I have tried Ispy, VLC Xsplit

I can ping it.

I have disabled to fire wall

firmware up to date

on win 11

on local network

Followed instructions on TPlink site exactly

Googled around cant find any answers.

Hi,
You can refer to the link below to stream the Tapo C500 on a PC via the RTSP/ONVIF protocols.
How to view the Tapo camera on PC through the RTSP stream?

Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. Please let me know the link you used on the iSpy or VLC to stream the camera.
2. Any error message appears if you fail to stream the camera?
3. How many devices are watching the camera(via the Tapo app or other PCs) when you stream the camera on the iSpy?
4. Is the camera subscribed to the Tapo Care service?
