I just bought T310 sensor. And from the start it doesn't go into pairing mode. It doesnt matter if I remove battery or try to reset it, the effect is the same, LED is permanently on for 5 sec then off for 1 sec and it continues this cycle. When i try to reset, it blinks 5 times, 1 sec break and cycle repeat. I guess its broken somehow and it needs to be replaced or maybe there is a solution?

Nop, it does not pair with HUB. Thats becasue its not in pairing mode. LED should be blinking and not just stay on.

Never mind, I already sent it back on guarantee. But thanks for reply.

This is a really strange phenomenon, my guess is that it is most likely caused by a hardware failure of the product.

What happen if you just go ahead and proceed the configuration in Tapo App? Does it work?

Nop, it does not pair with HUB. Thats becasue its not in pairing mode. LED should be blinking and not just stay on.
