I can see 5 of them: open, close, triggered, open for 1 minute, open for a customizable time. Can someone explain me the difference? Expecially for triggered. Thanks.

That's literally what it means. The Triggered, i'm guessing it stands for both open and close, either one can activate this automation, not limited to one status, open or close.
