Model: Archer AX55 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230803 rel.35127(4555)

Hello there,

I lost my whole day yesterday trying to set-up my new AX55 pro openVPN server. It is not happening. I get the same error again and again. Did it at least 10 times - 3 times - directly after factory reset, no additional setting - started with the openVPN first. There are nor problems settting up Wireguard or connecting to it. Tried different PCs - windows10, 7, 11 - same result every time. Here is the info from the log file. How can I fix it?

2024-03-07 07:54:44 WARNING: Compression for receiving enabled. Compression has been used in the past to break encryption. Sent packets are not compressed unless "allow-compression yes" is also set.
2024-03-07 07:54:44 DEPRECATED OPTION: --cipher set to 'AES-128-CBC' but missing in --data-ciphers (AES-256-GCM:AES-128-GCM). Future OpenVPN version will ignore --cipher for cipher negotiations. Add 'AES-128-CBC' to --data-ciphers or change --cipher 'AES-128-CBC' to --data-ciphers-fallback 'AES-128-CBC' to silence this warning.

It is my third Archer router, so pretty much I know all possible problems. Anyway the problem is solved. I switched my old ARcher, copied the same internal IP address (192.168.2.6) and everything worked perfect. It turned out that WebUI on my router/ internet provider does not port forward any longer. Even tough I make the proper setting-up and it shows that it does. Unfortunately the providers ONT/routers are locked and I cant\ access it as well.
