Does the C420s1 camera need to be connected to the hub it came with or can I connect it to an existing hub that already has a C420S1 camera connected to it?

I have already tried it and it seems to be working. I did this so that both cameras can use the SD micro-card in that one hub. I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

The Tapo C420 can be connected to either H200, it doesn't have to be connected to the same hub it came with.

Up to 4 cameras can be paired to a Tapo H200 hub.
