Hi,

 

A few weeks back, I purchased a bundle of VIGI NVR1008H-8MP, VIGI C430, VIGI C330, and Tapo TC70.

 

When I received the package, I tested the temporary setup of all this equipment at home, and all cameras were able to connect to the NVR. I managed to update all the firmware of the devices to the latest.

 

However, today when I brought all these devices and tried to do the same setup at my shop. I was unable to get Tapo TC70 detected from the VIGI NVR even though both are in the same network just like what I did at home.

 

To be noted, I don't have a problem viewing all VIGI and  TAPO products from their respective apps on my phone.

 

Appreciate your kind assistance in solving this issue.

You can refer to the instructions below to set up the TC70 with the VIGI NVR.

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera     
2. Test if you can stream the camera via RTSP/ONVIF on a PC in the same network: How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol? 
3. A picture of the page you stuck on when connecting the camera and VIGI NVR.
