To be honest, we are still confused to know the error message happened on which step, according to your description.

If possible, could you please share the video of the entire process from opening the Kidshield app to this error message popping up?

Do not pay for this service if you plan on using it to limit your kids experience online by putting time limits on their devices connection. With new devices they randomize the MAC Address, making it very difficult to manage your kids devices. The only way that kind of works is to limit you DHCP scope to the exaclty the number of devices connecting to your network, and statically reserve the physical MAC Address for each device. This way when the device rendomizes the MAC, they will not be able to connect, as they not get an IP Address. TP-Link needs to fix this in order to keep offering KidShield as paid upgrade, or make it free.

Could you please check whether there have been MDM configuration profiles from the settings of your iPhones? If the MDM configuration profiles exist, it is suggested to delete them and try to reinstall Kidshield MDM.

Hi, if that does not affect your normal use on the phone, it is suggested to remove it and reinstall Kidshield MDM again for a try.
