Firmware Version: 1.4.1

I want to set up alarms if one or more of my WAN connections goes off line.

I have set up a network management tool that can query SNMP and I have that working with the router.

What level of alerts appear when the connection is degraded or offline?

How do I identify the SFP port and the WAN port?

Any suggestions about how to make that work well?  Any "gotchas"?

Thanks in advance

Hi @LeadershipGeek

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You may take a look at the KB we have: ER7206 & SNMP

We cannot detect the degradation of your WAN. It should be only online or offline with two statuses.
