Our RV20 has been working brilliantly for the past few months.
It has suddenly started leaking water from the tank.
On inspections there are no cracks in the tank. The water leaks from the output ports. I assume the pipe from the motor to the output port has a Crack in it. But this appears to be sealed inside the tank.
Any solutions?
Do you have an RV20 Mop or RV20 Mop Plus?
Have you ever added any cleaner to the water tank? Please note that the Tapo robot vacuum only supports clean water and official cleaning agent. Other cleaning agents may corrode the water tank.
In your case, you may contact the local TP-Link support to seek maintenance.
