Model: ER707-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3

Hello,

I tried to use SFP TL-SM321B-2 in my ER707-M2. Ater placing TL-SM321B-2 int SFP port and connecting fiber it is not working. Link stay down, SFP LED is disabled.
For test purpose I placed TL-SM321B-2 into port of my switch TL-SG2428P v2.0 and link is working properly, LED is indicating connection. What could be wrong?

Is it possible that SFP prot is broken? How to check it? Is it possible to review smehow logs in OMADA for specifc port?

Hi @ArekScreen

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

321A and 321B are used in pairs. Which means the ISP has to use a 321A on their fiber device and then you can use the 321B.

Simple words, you got the wrong module for the setup.

And you pick up the module based on the fiber specs from your ISP. It could also be a wrong module.

For the local fiber connection, get a module before a fiber line, or pick up the module based on the fiber type. They would also work if you find the right products.
