Hi,

Currently Tapo H100 / Tapo H200 Hubs are enabled for certain specific Cloud Cameras, however is it not possible to extend the compatibility for all other Cloud Cameras like C210, C220, C212, etc.The reason for asking is that C210 cameras keep get into offline mode where my Netgear AC2600 Router is not able to manage increased no. of devices connected to it. Instead with formware upgrade can the Tapo H200 Hub is mde compatible for all the cameras under Tapo family?

To get the latest software update information for the product, please follow the release notes of the new firmware. Some older model products may be unable to support new features due to hardware limitations. If your device has been in use for a significant period, you may want to consider purchasing a newer model in order to take advantage of the latest features.
