Vigi C240 with NVR - how to choose to record on SDCARD?

Hi all, I have NVR1104H-4P and two C240 cameras. I inserted SDcard in both cameras, but cant find NOWHERE how to set cameras to use that SDcards for recordings...
I was looking everywhere - App, VigiManager on PC, direct system management on NVR.
Can you help me please?
Thank you

Confirmed this micro-SD card is supported. We tested this one before and no issue was found.
We assume that due to the camera being added as a substream in the NVR, so it does not properly show up.
Consider going to the "direct mode".
Steps:
Forget it(reset).
The IPC should be connected by the VIGI app instead of adding the IPC on the NVR.
But note that if you connect the IPC to the NVR, it is a sub device to the NVR. So, the SD card is not visible.
Videos are stored on the IPC card and the NVR HDD.

Hi @Schyzoy
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
By default, they should store to the SD card. Log in to the camera on the VIGI app, go to the Storage and check its settings? It should show loop recording and your current micro-SD card status.

Dear Clive, thanks for your reply. I tried App as the very first option - but there is nothing mentioned about sdcard...
In the settings of the camera, there is only "Recording Schedule" and inside there is only one trigger/switch named "Record" (which I have ON) and then you choose between 3 options (24/7, Event..., Custom).
There is NOTHING about sdcard 😕
I am really getting feeling bad about this.
Thanks, Daniel

Specific firmware and hardware version for all involved VIGI devices.
VIGI app version.
Does the micro-SD card work behind the scenes? Have you pulled out the card and read it on the computer?

All firmwares (NVR and both cameras) are up-to-date. Also Vigi Android App is updated, the same for Vigi Security Manager...
SDcard is 64GB Patriot U3 V30, formatted as exFAT, working flawlesly everywhere else...

I asked for specific versions so I can forward this information to the test and dev for a review, or proceed with a test.
This only makes my work hard to proceed by "they're up-to-date". Our service is cross the globe, I usually go to the US and global site. I don't know where you are from and what firmware you are supposed to have in your region.
Regular cards would work. Based on what's given now, it seems to be the card not being recognized. It works elsewhere, does not mean it works on our camera.
You can get a different card and test again. Or consider RMA the camera. But I find it might be a compatibility issue as you have two cameras and they don't work in this context. Right?
