Can you please add option to disable or turned OFF QoS on Deco M4 (V2) 1.6.5 firmware. There is only enable or turned ON option.

This feature has already been planned. It is scheduled to be added with future firmware upgrades.
If you're concerned about potential network performance limitations after leaving QoS enabled, you can try to set the download/upload bandwidth higher than what the ISP provided and avoid adding any "High Priority" devices.
