My rv30 is new and the update continues to fail. Any suggestions?

Please share a screenshot of the error message here. What's the current firmware version of your robot vacuum? Which version are you trying to update?

 

  • Move the robot vacuum closer to the router.
  • Reboot the device and try to perform the  update again: press and hold the power button for 3s to turn on/off the robot vacuum.
