Hi all,

 

Been really happy with my doorbell but the last few days it's been going off every minute with false person detection alerts.

It has never done this before any tips or advice it's just started behaving badly out of no where.

I have tried adjusting the website etc.still the same

Reduce the person detection sensitivity. For comparison testing, turn off person detection and enable another AI detection, monitor whether the false detection occurs on other detection types.
