Examine your network and VIGI services.

I am seeing it working fine on my end. The NVR is located in the EU.

Thank you for reply. I just check it now and it is now working. we have no changes in our network for two separate location and it is now accessible. I cannot is it ViGi problem since i have no proof about it. It is now working as it is.
