Hi all
I have two cameras and one will no longer respond to being set to home or away, even though I can still communicate and control the camera.
Any ideas please !

Double-check the settings for this camera in the Home/Away mode, and make sure everything is configured correctly as desired. If any feature is left unconfigured, it may cause its status not to change when switching modes.
Note that the Home/Away mode settings does not sync across phones. If you use another phone, you will need to reconfigure the settings on the new phone.
Do you receive any error message? Please share a screenshot here. What's the version of your Tapo app? Do you use an Android phone or an iphone?
