I have a Tapo C200 and it works fine via RTSP after creating a login on the advanced settings - camera account menu.

But today I've tried a Tapo C500 and a Tapo C51A, both with the latest firmware, and I don't have the option "camera account" on the advanced settings. I'm a missing something about these models? On the datasheet both say that they have RTSP, but without being able to setup a camera account I can't do sh*t with them.

I'm I missing something? I know that sometimes some brands update their camera firmwares and remove functions, but...

Hi,
The Tapo C500 and Tapo C51A support the RTSP protocol. In your case, you can try to uninstall the Tapo app, reinstall the latest one, and then check if you can find the 'Camer Account' option on the Tapo C500 and Tapo C51A.
If not, please send me a picture of the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings page.
