Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 5.15.20.XX

Dear All,

According to the release Notes of the ER-7206 V2.20 20250228 this Firmware is fully adapted to Omada SDN 5.15.20.7 and above.

Unfortunately this is not fully true and I have explained this in detail in the following post:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/threads/edit/%20https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/264312?replyId=1516068

Can you please hurry with implementing this into a BETA for the SDN controller ??

Many users in The Netherlands and France are waiting for this and can now NOT run the Gateway in Controller mode sad.

For the rest you did a GOOD job. Thank you.

My Setup:ER-7602 V2.20, OC200, 4x EAP245, 1x EAP225, 1x EAP225-Outdoor, 2x TL-SG2218 and 3x ES205G.

Hi  @TheMuk

We can't say this is a bug, but rather that the current controller version lacks certain features. This is unavoidable during a product's upgrade process. In fact, we have already clearly planned to add this functionality in upcoming versions. Currently, we don't have the resources to dedicate to creating a beta version specifically for this feature.

Maybe you can post this under the Request & Suggestions block to gather more voters. If there is significant demand for this feature, I will relay your feedback to our R&D team. They will likely consider increasing its priority.

Thank you very much for your understanding.
