Although I set the duration to 10seconds the doorbell keeps on ringing? Any advice please?
Do you mean the hub or the doorbell itself? Note that the ringing settings for these two devices are separated.
If it is the hub, check here. Why Tapo hub constantly ringing or play a different ringtone when Tapo doorbell is pressed?
