Negotiation Speed

I have problems changing the negotiation speed. when I go to the bottom like instructed and see the negotiation speed, I am not allowed to change it.
I know I have the speed as if I connect with WiFi to the router and stand next to it I am reaching easy 700Mbps. But all devices connected with LAN are getting top 80-90Mpbs.
I have new cables, ISP modem is not the fault since I am reaching this speed on the router with the WiFi.
How can I change the Negotiation Speed on the ports?

As terziyski said, please make sure that the Ethernet cables you are using are CAT5E or higher. And compare different LAN ports, such as LAN 1, LAN 2.

You can change only the Internet port negotioation speed (which in your case is not necessary) - check this thread.
Try using another quality made ethernet cables CAT 5E or above and use the LAN1 and LAN2 ports.
