Satellite Decos Showing Offline & No Online Client Connected (SOLUTION)
Hey Deco Users !!
Few days ago i tested these settings and after that my satellite decos are not showing offline anymore in Deco App. I saw that same settings by default on Deco X20 and so i decided to apply these same settings on Deco M4 and im very happy that my Satellite Decos Not Showing Offline anymore. You can also try these settings on your Deco models if you are facing this problem. You can do just (2) steps. First of all change the Subnet Mask in LAN from 255.255.255.0 to this 255.255.252.0 and also change the DHCP Server ip address range from 192.168.68.50 to 192.168.71.250 and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 and I hope these settings will fix the Satellite Decos Showing Offline in Deco App and Client List Showing Blank problem too.
@David-TP I changed back to 255.255.255.0 because i had connectivity issues with IoT Devices on 255.255.252.0 but my old issue came back after i changed back to 255.255.255.0 here you can see Unable to connect to Deco & No Online Clients Connected 😭😭
I think you can keep using 255.255.252.0 first, and tell me what happened to the IoT devices.
