Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello.

Tried connecting my Archer AX11000 into my new network connection and it cannot see the internet, Tried all the usual things like connect then power up etc.

Connected an older TP Link router and it accesses the internet fine.

Have reset the Archer with the pin hole in the back, tried again and no luck.

The router worked perfectly fine before moving house, now it seems to be useless.

Hi @Rollercoaster,

Thank you for contacting our community.

If the router has no internet or internet is offline, please try the steps below:

    1. Identify whether your router or ISP is the problem by connecting your PC directly to the modem to check the internet access. If the Internet is not working, contact your ISP.

    2. Turn off the Modem and the Router, then power on the Router, turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.

    3. Log in to the web UI via http://tplinkwifi.net and follow the Quick Setup to set it up.
