The green light on my wireless adaptor does not turn on

Hallo,
The green light on my adaptor won't turn on. I've installed V1 and can't figure out what the problem is.

If the indicator on the adapter does not light up, the device may not be detected, or the driver has not been installed, please refer to the below steps:
1. Unplug it from the PC and router and plug it back in.
2. Try different USB ports, Ethernet cables, or a different PC to test.
3. Reinstall the driver.
