I need help how connect the camera Model Tapo C325WB with NVR or DVR to display outputs through HDMI cable monitor.

Tapo C325WB supports RTSP/ONVIF protocol, you can refer to this instruction to learn how to link it with the NVR. How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol
The camera itself does not support HDMI. If you need to output the camera's video via HDMI, you may reach out to the customer support of your NVR to find out whether it supports this feature and how to set it up.
